These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cxcrikex ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering, depositing, playing, or otherwise using any service provided through cxcrikex, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on cxcrikex, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, slot machines, promotional offers, and customer support interactions. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on cxcrikex, you expressly acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You have read and understood our Responsible Gaming Policy and commit to gaming within your personal financial means.
• You are accessing cxcrikex voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
• You understand that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

cxcrikex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of cxcrikex after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of cxcrikex is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cxcrikex does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, either with cxcrikex or with any other gambling operator or regulatory scheme.
• Not excluded by cxcrikex: Your account must not have been previously suspended or closed by cxcrikex for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

cxcrikex takes its obligations regarding underage gambling extremely seriously. We employ age verification procedures during the account registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under the age of 18, we will suspend that account immediately, withhold all balances pending investigation, and if the player is confirmed to be underage, close the account permanently and return any net deposits made (excluding any winnings generated).

3. Account Registration

3.1 Opening an Account

To access real-money gaming and betting services on cxcrikex, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. The information required during registration includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details (e.g., your bKash or Nagad mobile number).

You agree that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform — is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. You must not use another person's identity or payment credentials to open or operate an account on cxcrikex.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on cxcrikex at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under fictitious, borrowed, or combined identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, cxcrikex reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately.
• Confiscate any bonus funds and winnings generated across duplicate accounts.
• Withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.
• Permanently ban the player from accessing cxcrikex.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cxcrikex account credentials, including your username and password. cxcrikex will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately at support@cxcrikex if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 KYC Verification

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, cxcrikex may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

cxcrikex accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on cxcrikex are conducted in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated. cxcrikex does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any other digital asset at this time.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits made to your cxcrikex account are credited in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. cxcrikex does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cxcrikex accepts no responsibility.

All deposited funds must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of exploiting payment processing mechanisms, currency conversions, or interest accrual is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from cxcrikex are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during operational hours. Processing times for Visa and Mastercard may vary between 1–5 business days depending on your issuing bank.

cxcrikex reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cxcrikex operates in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. cxcrikex reserves the right to withhold funds, suspend accounts, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that a player's account is being used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account at cxcrikex and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is applied automatically to qualifying deposits that meet the minimum threshold. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. 18+

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by cxcrikex are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus and other deposit-match bonuses is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the total wagering requirement is ৳60,000 (30 × ৳2,000) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Standard video slots typically contribute 100% of each stake placed. Live casino games, table games, and certain Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming titles may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). 5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus offers are only available to players aged 18 and above.
• cxcrikex reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where a bonus is found to have been awarded in error or claimed in violation of these Terms, cxcrikex reserves the right to reverse the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• Players suspected of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or placing low-risk hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL are governed by additional terms published alongside each promotion.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

Players using cxcrikex are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or gameplay.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino tables, poker variants, and sports betting pools.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings generated through a known or unknown Platform error are considered void and subject to reversal.
• Using credit cards, stolen payment details, or funds derived from illegal activity to fund your cxcrikex account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards cxcrikex staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or sharing your own account credentials with any third party.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge or are otherwise in a position that constitutes a conflict of interest.

Where cxcrikex determines that any of the above prohibited activities have occurred, we reserve the right to take immediate action including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.

7. Responsible Gaming

cxcrikex is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling is entertainment and should always remain that way. All services on cxcrikex are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. 18+

cxcrikex provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your cxcrikex account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and after a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Temporary Time-Out: Take a break from cxcrikex for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which your account will be inaccessible for gameplay and deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent self-exclusion that closes your account and prevents re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months. To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team at support@cxcrikex.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

cxcrikex makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, cxcrikex does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on cxcrikex are determined by certified RNG systems operated by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. cxcrikex does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for the results of any individual bet, spin, or hand played on the Platform.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cxcrikex's total liability to any player arising from any claim, dispute, or cause of action related to the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws and the terms agreed upon between cxcrikex and its players. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to cxcrikex's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@cxcrikex. Players are encouraged to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.

8.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cxcrikex with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, understandings, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
